Inconel 600 Plate

Gnee supplies high-quality Inconel 600 plates worldwide. Our Inconel 600 can be used for a long time at up to 1093°C while maintaining high strength and deformation resistance. Due to the large amount of nickel and chromium, our inconel 600 plates will not rust in water and maintain strong corrosion resistance. Therefore, it is very suitable for the manufacture of chemical processing equipment and high-temperature industrial equipment.

Gnee produces, supplies and exports inconel 600 flat plates, inconel 600 hot rolled plates, etc., and also provides customization, precision cutting, welding and technical support to meet your exact requirements. Description

Inconel 600 plate is a high-performance high-temperature alloy plate with nickel (Ni) as the main component. It has high versatility, excellent carburizing and good oxidation resistance at high temperatures, and can be used in all fields from cryogenic to high-temperature applications up to 2000°F (1093°C). It is especially suitable for extreme high temperature, high corrosion, and high stress scenarios that traditional stainless steels (such as 304/316) cannot handle.

As a leading nickel-based alloy producer in China, Gnee provides Inconel 600 plate, Inconel 600 plate, Alloy 600 plate, Alloy 600 plate, etc. These materials are suitable for TIG, MIG, resistance welding, etc., and have strong processability and applicability.

Compared with similar alloys, Inconel 600 is lower in cost than Inconel 601 (23% Cr) and has better cost-effectiveness in non-extreme oxidizing environments; it is better at high temperature rather than strong reducing acid environments than the Hastelloy series.

We provide Inconel 600 Plate surface treatment services

Bright Annealed (BA): Through bright annealing, a smooth, low-oxidation surface is obtained with good finish, suitable for applications with high requirements for surface quality and corrosion resistance;
Polished: Mechanical polishing process is used to make the plate surface reach high gloss and improve the appearance quality;
Pickled: Acid treatment is used to remove the oxide scale and oxide layer on the surface of the plate to improve the surface purity and quality;
Mill Finish: The original unpolished surface formed by the rolling process is retained to present a natural metal texture.

Features And Advantages

Gnee’s alloy 600 plate has the following core advantages.

Extreme temperature adaptability

  • High temperature: continuously used in high-temperature components such as boilers and gas turbine combustion chambers, and the anti-oxidation life far exceeds 304 stainless steel.
  • Low temperature: maintain toughness in liquid nitrogen (-196°C) environment, used for aerospace fuel storage tanks.

Comprehensive corrosion protection

  • Chemical industry: resist concentrated alkali corrosion in the chlor-alkali industry, and the life is 3-5 times longer than that of ordinary alloys.
  • Marine environment: resistant to seawater corrosion, suitable for offshore platform heat exchangers.
    Economical and reliable

Long-life design

The service life of nuclear reactor control rod assemblies can reach 40 years, reducing the frequency of shutdown and replacement.

Multifunctional integration

A single material can solve multiple environmental needs and reduce system complexity (such as furnace rollers that are subjected to high temperature + corrosion at the same time).
