Description
Incoloy Pipe is a professional and high-performance steel product, belonging to the Incoloy series of nickel-based alloy pipes. Its alloy components mainly include nickel, chromium, iron and other elements. It is particularly suitable for environments with extremely high requirements for corrosion resistance and high temperature strength, such as chemical industry, oil and gas, aerospace, nuclear industry and other fields.
Incoloy Pipe adopts advanced extrusion technology, which makes Incoloy Pipe have excellent dimensional accuracy and surface quality. In addition, it also has anti-oxidation and anti-carbonization properties, and can work for a long time at temperatures up to 1100°C without losing mechanical strength and stability. Most of the pipes are solution annealed and have good fracture resistance. Therefore, it is often used in heat treatment equipment, heating elements, heat exchangers and process piping systems.
We support a variety of processing technologies and manufacturing processes such as cold rolling and hot rolling, extrusion and drawing, and can also perform various surface treatments such as pickling, passivation and coating. We will conduct strict inspections and tests to ensure that each batch of products meets international standards and customer specific requirements.
