Description
Hastelloy plate is a high-performance Nickel Alloy, whose main components include nickel, chromium and molybdenum, and some grades also contain tungsten, cobalt and other elements. Hastelloy alloy plate has better corrosion resistance in strong acid, alkali and other extreme chemical environments than other materials. At high temperatures, its mechanical strength and oxidation resistance are better than materials such as Monel and stainless steel.
Therefore, in terms of application scenarios, Hastelloy is suitable for extreme environments such as chemical, oil and gas, while Inconel is more used for high-temperature equipment, Monel is mainly used in marine environments, titanium is used in areas with high strength and low weight requirements, and stainless steel is used in a wide range of industrial and civil fields.
